Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Oil Products US (Shell), has completed the acquisition of certain company-owned gas and convenience retail websites from the Landmark group of corporations (Landmark). The acquisition also contains supply agreements for the independently operated gas and comfort websites.
Building on the strength of its present networks, this acquisition brings Shell nearer to its prospects and enhances Shell’s market presence by rising its mobility footprint in a key area in the U.S., which is one of the largest fuels and convenience retail markets on the planet.
With เกรดวัดแรงดัน , Shell is advancing its Powering Progress strategy in 3 ways: by growing its retail footprint in a core market, by providing alternatives to supply customers expanded fuelling choices (including electric vehicle charging, hydrogen, biofuels and lower-carbon premium fuels) and by permitting for the expansion of non-fuel sales by way of an enhanced convenience offering.
