Aquarius Spectrum might be part of Aliaxis Next, Aliaxis’ newly created division which develops adjoining businesses in the field of water administration and preservation.
The revenues of Aquarius Spectrum are under €5 million a year, with a strong progress potential. The financial details of this agreement is not going to be disclosed.
With this acquisition, Aliaxis additional strengthens its solutions base to sort out the world’s major water-related challenges similar to sustainable water management, resilient water infrastructure, entry to water, and water for meals. Aquarius Spectrum, an Israel-based technology company, has developed ground-breaking systems that proactively monitor water distribution networks.
