Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has received an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to supply gasoline pump systems for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gas pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is certainly one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders so far. เกจวัดแก๊สหุงต้ม can be the second LNG gasoline pump methods order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj within the last 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are heaps of indications that gross sales could increase even further in 2022.
“Until a few years in the past, the use of LNG as a marine gasoline was limited to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we are actually seeing a pointy improve in fuel pump orders for deep sea vessels corresponding to container ships and automobile carriers,” stated Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We had been chosen because the supplier of gas pump methods for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we purpose to increase our market share additional in the coming years.”
